Discover the volcanic landscape of Teide National Park on a guided hike around the famous Roques de García. The route takes you through an extraordinary landscape shaped by volcanic activity, with lava flows, dramatic rock formations and high-altitude scenery. The hiking section lasts approximately 1½–2 hours and is classified as an easy hiking experience. The route includes around 175 metres of ascent and descent, making it a manageable way to experience the volcanic landscape without undertaking a demanding mountain hike. During the walk, the guide introduces the area's distinctive geology as well as the flora and fauna adapted to the high-altitude environment. The Roques de García are among the most recognisable formations in Teide National Park and provide excellent opportunities for panoramic views and photographs. Transportation from southern Tenerife and a mountain guide are included. Food and drinks are not included, so guests should bring water and something to eat.
