The Monte Cristo is a spacious, stable catamaran — the light-grey boat at Pantalán 6, Puerto Colón — and one of Costa Adeje's favourite ways to meet the resident pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins that live just offshore. The three-hour cruise follows the calm leeward coast, with the crew pointing out wildlife and the best photo moments along the way.
Halfway through, the catamaran anchors in a sheltered bay for swimming and snorkelling straight off the boat, followed by a buffet with drinks served on deck. Hotel transfers from South Tenerife are available on request — arrive 20 minutes before departure and look for the light-grey "Monte Cristo Catamaran".
