Discover the diversity of Tenerife on a full-day tour that takes you through some of the island’s most impressive coastal, volcanic and cultural landscapes. It is a convenient way to experience several of Tenerife’s highlights in one day without having to navigate the island yourself. The journey begins with views of the dramatic cliffs of Los Gigantes before continuing towards Garachico, one of the historic towns on Tenerife’s northern coast. From here, the route continues to Icod de los Vinos, where you can see the famous ancient Dragon Tree, one of the symbols of the Canary Islands. The tour then continues to La Orotava, a beautiful historic town known for its traditional Canarian architecture, wooden balconies and historic buildings. Afterwards, there is time in Puerto de la Cruz, where you can explore the town and have lunch at your own expense. On the return journey, the final stop is Candelaria, an important cultural and religious centre of Tenerife. Here you can see the Basilica of Candelaria and the monumental statues representing the island’s indigenous Guanche kings. The excursion lasts approximately eight hours and includes organised coach transportation and guiding. Lunch and drinks are not included, giving you the opportunity to choose where you would like to eat during the break in Puerto de la Cruz.
