The Platinum ticket includes the complete show and tasting menu together with unlimited drinks during dinner. Wine, beer, soft drinks and water are included, while the Platinum experience also adds a glass of cava. Guests with the Platinum ticket receive privileged seating, giving them an upgraded position for the performance. The tasting menu includes dishes such as cooked prawn ceviche with avocado cream and tropical fruits, coconut vichyssoise, sea bass and prawn paupiette with Tom Yum broth, slow-cooked beef ribs with carrot purée, mango chutney and toasted pineapple, followed by the signature dessert.
