Introductory Scuba Dive

Discover what it feels like to breathe underwater during a 20-minute introductory scuba dive departing by boat. The experience is designed for beginners, so no previous diving experience is required. Before entering the water, you receive an introduction to the basic principles of scuba diving and instructions on how to breathe and use the equipment. Each beginner is accompanied by an experienced instructor during the dive. The boat dive departs from the south of Tenerife. The documented programme has a minimum age of eight years and includes the diving equipment and insurance. The underwater experience reaches approximately 6–8 metres on the documented introductory programme, allowing beginners to discover Tenerife’s volcanic underwater environment and marine life while remaining under close supervision. The activity itself provides approximately 20 minutes underwater. Hotel transportation, photos and videos are not included.
